We highly recommend that our volunteers add to their experience in Africa by  volunteering at the Elephant Whispers Volunteer Program (EWVP) in Mpumalanga, South Africa before or after there stay with Mozambique Horse Safari.

Elephant Whispers is dedicated to securing the future of the African Elephant, and welcomes people of all ages to share in the excitement of close encounters with these magnificent creatures. Your visit to Elephant Whispers ensures these six incredible elephants (Shamwari, Lindiwe, Ziziphus, Andile, Tembo & Medwa) continue in their important role as wildlife ambassadors for their own kind. Running the conservancy will require students participate in activities such as anti-poaching patrols, fence patrols, bush clearing, infrastructure maintenance, research on wildlife and flora within the reserve and at times game capture and release.
